The bells ring loudly at the Shrine of Chauntea in the Refugees Farmlands

*When people approach they see the Harvestmistress with a resolute expression, holding something in her hands.

She asks Paladins of the Shrine, the Field Guardians, to make sure all Clerics of Chauntea would be there, including those High Harvestmistress Glamerie sent away from Shadowdale and came to seek sanctuary in Myth Drannor. She also asks them to reinforce the extended invitation she made to Dawn Knight Garren for the entire staff of Lathander Temple to come join them.

Julia closes her eyes, bows her head in a fast silent prayer, takes a deep breath and climbs the Shrine’s steps, on top she looks at the congregation gathered there and in a resolute tone she starts to speak.*


My beloved Sisters and Brothers

I called you here today to bring you grave news and to admonish you to act. Since many of us came to Myth Drannor, few years ago, as refugees, seeking sanctuary from the Zhentarim invasion, their harassment, villainy and perversity, we accomplished much. This city received, protected and welcomed us, we flourished here.

But we’ll never forget our friends, our relatives, our families that lost their lives or those who still dwell in Shadowdale. They must miss us, the lack of news, to know if we’re alive and well, as we also miss them.

One of the most important and strong person, one who helped and guided us through so many afflictions, now need our strength, attitude and prayers. The Bastard Zhentarim captured and arrested our beloved High Harvestmistress Glamerie Windbough and are cowardly and hideously torturing her.

Besides that, recently I saw with my own eyes, they using Witchcraft to foully burn innocent orphans from Shadowdale, children they kidnapped from the House of Plenty protection, our infants. In this incident a known criminal and murderer, the infamous Zhentarim Black Fang was present.

I ask you to pray for our beloved Lady Glamerie, she’ll sure be comforted in her suffering, but more than that, I exhort you to fast, to watch vigil here in our Shrine, day and night, in recognition of her saintly figure.

I also preach you to write letters for the people of Shadowdale, your friends and relatives sending them news, telling them you’re alive and well, describing how life has been generous with us here in Myth Drannor and exposing the truth about the terrible crimes of the Zhentarim. I'll make sure they reach the right hands. Those who don’t know how to do it, our clergy will help you put your words in paper. I’m certain our close friends, the Morning Lord followers will be honored to help.

I’ll write messages too, now that the House of Plenty was forced to remain abandoned, our loved ones will need consolation and guidance till the day we’ll have our Sacred Sanctuary back. But more than that, I’ll send letters to all known Shrines and Temples of our Great Church in the continent, the small ones in countryside, the big ones in the major cities, from south to north, all around the Sword Coast and the Moonshae Isles.

I’ll describe what the Zhentarim did and continue doing with Glamerie, I’ll send them copies of their Commander letters, I’ll plead them to declare a "Holy Crusade" against the Zhentarim, I’ll request them to send us volunteers, Clerics, Paladins, faithful followers to join our cause here. I’ll demand that they use their contacts, their power, to strangle the supply of food to every Zhentarim garrison on earth.

Now I beg you all to raise a prayer with me, ask what you wish, what you most desire with all your heart and soul, and you shall receive.

*Julia leaves the Shrine and walks among the people, talks with them, listens their demands, gives blessings, supports them till someone come and speek something close to her ear. She excuses to people close to her, walks away and returns later.*

*Before she leaves she notices Sir Garren absence, she asks for him and a Priest tells her he is in self-communion in the Lathander Temple*

as Julia holds her speech and the sound of the shrines bell rings through the Morning Farms and Myth Drannor. Many citizens of the Farms as well as Myth Drannor gather to witness her speech. Humans and many Elves stand shoulder to shoulder before the Harvestmistress of Myth Dranor.
Many seems angry when she reveals what is being done to the Harvestmistress others seem sad and close to tears, whispering prayers to the Earthmother.
Clenched fists and nods of agreement can be seen among the listeners.

Greetings loved ones,

here in my hands I have proof of another Zhentarim betrayal, they made a pact with a Drow house, the evil dark elves, to deliver 500 of our friends and relatives as slaves to face a terrible destiny.
