Just an OOC note....If you are not part of the Militia and are unknown by the Militia Commander Taeron or the mayor Glamerie..you have no authority to arrest or interfere with the duties of those that have the authority. If you are caught by the Militia doing so you yourself can possibly be arrested for interference of duty.

A young Lass was attacked in the attic of the Inn. She woke up after having been dragged into a room with bite marks upon her arm. I had her drink a bottle of blessed dwarven "water" and she was recovering in the inn. I ask the Militia to look into the matter.
