Greetings Reverend Brother Derim Whiteshield,

I came to ask your help, we recently freed the City of Shadowdale from a long occupation by the Zhentarim. We know that you in Mistledale had problems with them in the past too.

You lead one of the three largest Sanctuaries of our Church in Faerûn, that yield the greatest harvests per acre in all the continent. It's said that your Abbey has enough stored food to feed all the Dales for years.

Your greatest problem nowadays are the Drows, we both know that pretty well. I was Harvestmistress in Myth Drannor for years, Councillor of the Coronal, and I have an excellent relationship with the elves. If we had a rebuilt and strong Shadowdale, in a near future I offer my personal mediation in a Treaty to strangle the Drows from Myth Drannor in the north, Mistledale in the south and Shadowdale in the west.

We are so close, we have the river Ashaba and the Mistle Trail connecting our two major Cities just a few days of journey. I only ask you to help us feed and supply a few thousands of people during the coming winter, as a fellow Cleric and ally.
