He would approach any of the Akh-Velahr, with a male Prisoner, bound and gagged, a Stern look on his face, Garren would bow, and speak to any there in the Myth Drannor Docks

Akh-Velahr, here. A Gift from Beregost, He was hunted down for the murder of eight Lathanderites, one being my Sister, Lucy Smolder. As the Church of Lathander does not have cells to hold him. Perhaps you could hold him indefinitely, or execute him. If you could do this for us, we would be grateful

He would thrust the Prisoner infront of him towards the Akh-Velahr, waiting for a Response

Karovir would meet Garren and then grab the collar of the prisoner pulling him up on his feet:

"Did the lathandrites sentence him already or should we hold him until a sentence is spoken? Because I think the lathandrites should decide upon his punishment. If he was sentenced already then the punishment should be carried out by the ones who sentenced him."
