*The Keeper visits the cells of the Akh'Velahr barrcks and ask to verify all that was aprehended with the new prisoner, including weapons, magical itens, scrolls, wands and any useful things she has. Nadin veemently asked for a meticulous search and is particular interested in read the notes she mentioned that took while in the Shieldmeet, after verify all he would go to adress her in the cell*

- So miss, we have confirmation of your identity, I know some things about you already, how this will develop now depends much on you. If you insist in keep the facade and play the innocent while giving no usefull information, than we can go straight to the punishment... and I suppose you are informed already about our laws and what happens to zhentarim here. Holly paces back and forth in her cell before nadin visits, she looks up from the platform as he speaks she inclines her head.

- If I am to be punished for crimes I haven't committed, then I suppose we have no choice... *she pauses*.. would it be possible for a prisoner exchange?she asks with an amused smirk.

My name is Holly, my affiliation is knowledge of the surrounding lands of Castle Krag and Bleakton. Ive committed no crimes, I am a law biding citizen. I don't know who Fzoul Chembryl is or Druuth is..
I have not been to the region long.. a couple months at most... I heard of an event where there was going to be a feast, and something that shant be missed pauses..so I came to see what the commotion was about... it was very crowded .. and yes I would have been ashamed if I missed it... as for the prisoner.. I suppose a farmer or random traveler would work not sure what is fair .. because apparently around here there is no such thing.

The possible penalties include death (he remarks this), exile, exile with Prejudice, 15-30 days confinement, 10,000gp-35,000gp in fines, community service and declaration of the Hunt or any combination thereof

The last zhentarim we captured was sentenced to death... so I do ask you again Holly, will you colaborate or you will keep pretending to be innocent?

when nadin arrive Holly gets to her feet with a huff she moves closer to the bars so she may get a good look at nadin. she would listen to the list of charges brought before her emotionless when the proclamation of death being a possibility is said.

We were deprieved of our capital, and in the last centuries most of the elves temporarily left Cormanthor. But recently a band of traitors know as daemonfey obliged us to come and destroy them before they achieved enough to destroy Faerun, our wise leader Lord Seiveril came and offered an aliance to several factions, but the zhentarim not only refused aliance with our righteous crusade, they joined with the enemy, they took profit of the war miseries and as vultures they conquered any defenseless place. The zhentarim want conquer us, enslave our children, torture and execute our army members, they dont recognize us as a Kingdom, when the zhentarim are in fact the only usurpers and vile demon dealers.

- I saw my people being assassinated, I watched what the demons and devils allied to the zhentarim did to the dalesmen, to Cormanthor, all for gold and power. Here in Myth Drannor we are not cold killers and criminals as the zhentarim, still this doesnt means we are easy to be fooled or that our soft heart blind us from reality.

- Holly, we know you are associated with House Unterminox and the zhentarim, help us and your cooperation may be considered. The zhentarim dont care about your well being, nobody tried contact us, no ransom, no trade, nothing was offered, and the lands around know about your prison, it is no secret. To who youre being so loyal?

Finally, for act as a full member of the criminal organization know as zhentarim, in war against Myth Drannor and the Dales, for be caught spying in Myth Drannor during the Shieldmeet of 1380 DR, for resist prison and refuse to be cooperative during all the process, you are hereby sentenced to death.


If you want you can ask for a hearing, as specifiec in our laws *the elf continues reading as follows*:

When a charge is raised, the defendant will be informed by the council that his case is discussed by the council. The defendant has then two days to request a hearing before the council. If he doesnt request his hearing within this time, the right will be forfeit unless a Councillor requests a hearing of the defendant.

In case of sentencing someone in his absence, the convicted can request a hearing before the council within two days of the sentence being spoken (for sentences in the Council adjucation only). The sentence will stay in effect until the Council has heard the convicted. A convicted who has had his hearing before the final sentencing, cannot request another hearing after the sentence is spoken.

Should the Coronal give her veto or speak a sentence herself, there will only be a hearing if the Coronal wishes to hear the convicted. As chosen ruler of the Seldarine, her word is law and she stays above the Council

Your evidence is false, these accusations I feel are only to threaten me to get something out that I do not have. Its no wonder you had to rebuild your city, acting apon false facts and the point of fingers.
