New prisioner in the Hound Dungeon

Message left for the Officers of the Black Hounds,

Bryanna arrested a Zhent in Shadowdale and since their prison isn't built he is currently being held in the the dungeon. His name he said is Tauraus and he is being held in one of the "special" cells. Wasn't really sure what else to do with him.
