Some common folk and certainly those privy to the events that transpired surrounding the Twisted Tower recently, will perhaps remember Tohrm's parting words upon entering Shadowdale.

Otherwise the general consensus is that nobody has seen Tohrm in Shadowdale for a week or two at least.
