The Scene Around The Old Skull Inn

*The quartermaster of the Black Hounds and known importer of fine goods, Jarrin, is seen in town more often since the battle. He spends most of his time walking around the Old Skull and making short notes in a small book he keeps in his pocket.

After a meeting with a gentleman at the bar one night, the two are seen shaking hands and exchanging small notes. Both seem happy and are toasting each other with drinks. Those who have been around for some time would probably recognize Moe, the owner of the Old Skull.

Shortly after Moe leaves the meeting, Jarrin is seen making more notes and making comments to the staff about what needs to be done to spruce the place up after the fire damage. He goes to look for all manner of workers to aid in the repair and remodel of the inn. Any who ask why he is doing this will be told that Moe has taken him on as a partner to help "run the joint" while he takes a much needed vacation to see the world.*

*Jarrin is seen tacking up a parchment to the Old Skull doors and behind the bar. It reads:*

House Rules

No masks in the joint. I don't like masked folks. They creep me out somethin fierce.
No fightin. You starts fightin and breaks somethin sides the fella you're fightin with, you just bought a broke piece of furniture...and get tossed out on yer ear with it right behind ya.
No disrespectin the staff. They may break you...and they won't be buyin yer broke butt.

Since I ain't sure what rules is still in place in town or who's gonna enforce them, here's the old list of who was banned from town and who are now banned from the Old Skull whether they stay banned from town or not. Bouncers and staff are to remove these folks immediately at any time and adventurers that help out when needed should contact me, Jarrin, for compensation at their earliest convenience.

After returning from a short supply run, Jarrin is bombarded with complaints about a Banite at the inn. After some investigation, he disappears into his office with orders to Myra that he not be disturbed. He also orders her to keep an eye out for the Banite and have the boys politely escort him off the premises if he should return.

After about an hour or so, he emerges with a new list of house rules which have a few new additions and replaces the original list posted in prominent places around the inn.
