To whom it may concern,

I have traveled to these lands, and am currently seeking a place of magical study and experimentation.
I would prefer to meet with the one who is in charge of admittance in person for a meeting at their earliest possible convenience. Please see to it that this letter is delivered to them.
If some form of credentials are required, they can be requested. I am found at the Old Skull Inn in Shadowdale.
