Greengrass Festival

((There are some events that are contests proposed by the people who came and brainstormed this...

I will post some sheets to see what kind of interest there is for the various events.

Some of the events really don't need DM participation/oversight, although of course such is always welcome, so we can spread them out a bit if people want!

It would be good to get some more feedback here, if people would be so kind? Or is this something that really doesn't hold much interest for the community?))

All in all because you don't see people posting doesn't mean you won't have an audience

((I don't mind posts and feedback from both: people who want to visit it or those who want to organise. The bump was mainly because I was missing posts of some people who are part of the group who is organising it . If someone else has ideas or a character who wants to organise the event(s), feel free to contact me or Carbuncle. Suggestions are welcome too.
Spreading the event over several days/weekends might be a good idea, indeed.))

I will do my best too be there Saturday. I have too work. It suck my toon mara was one main forces doing the festival

((The event will most likely be spread over some time. We want to do the Opening, a contest and a performance tomorrow though to start the MD springbreak.))

Today the Greengrass festival in Myth Drannor will start (4 pm Eastern time / 9 pm GMT). We will start with the Opening, a small speech from our great Coronal Ilsevele. Then there will be an archery contest and a performance!
Everyone who is welcome in Myth Drannor is welcome to join the great festival!

Today the second part of the Greengrass event shall take place. We will do a traditional hunt and then celebrate some elven cooking and drinking. Maybe there will be a few performances should any entertainers attend. It will take place in 2,5 hours from now.

how long does it last ?

depends on how long Flumph can do.

I wll be supporting him but i am currently having overheating issues with my Laptop so i am not reliable to be there unfortunatly.

I'll be there and Lia has a small song to open the Hunt if there's time for it.

i already have a cooling base ;-)

i had one too but that didn't solve it for me. since i purchased the fan i never experience heating ever again, so thought to share it.

I'd assume you already made sure everything was cleaned out as well. Have you ran it with it opened up and checked to make sure all the interior fans are still spinning?

We are going to start the second part of the festival any moment.

(Unfortunately the person who organised the lore exhibition had technical difficulties and so there will be no exhibition today. If there is still enough interest I could set something up for the strength contest and performances.)
