Ironhouse Festival

Ironhouse invites all friends and unknown friends to a festival at the Royal oak.

We are will be celebrating the new special dockmasters brew from Elturel west of Cormyr. This hammerpounding Tar-like substance have been know to bring life back to the dead from a single sip. You will never forget the taste we promise you.

To motivate some you grand singers and musicians around the dales, we encourage you all to bring your best battle or drinking chants. The one who can get the the royal oak singing the loudest and most heartly, will walk home with the title of Ironhouse favourit chanter and have 15.000 small shiny pieces to ad to his pocket.

Also we Ironhouse have long missed some proper barfights. We are currently asking for permission to hold barfight indoors like it should be, but else it will be right outside. Each fight will be split into beginners, experinced and masters. The winner of each round will walk home with the neat sum of 10.000 golds.

Last we invite all the brains that think they know something about dwarfs to a competition in dwarven lore. You better start reading now, cause every wrong answer will bring a nice mug of wisdoms water down your throat. Last longlegger still keeping his legs straight will also walk home with a special edition of "101 Thanes and their deeds" and 10.000 gold.

The party will be launched at next aledelivery to the Royal oak, ask around if you dont know your tavern-lore

Any Zhent, Zhent-friend, unknown drow, unknown half-fiends will be joining the mandetory "all on one fight to the death". We hope everyone is ready for this fun game, should it come to such.



OOC:
This will be held Thursday 8:30 pm CET (GMT +1)

Bard competition: Make one perform roll at the beginning of your performance, and let the crowd cheer as much they want. The performance roll will not dictate others need to cheer, but simply guide to how well the performance is. A judge will in the end decide the winner.

Barbrawls: beginners lvl 1-10, experienced lvl 11-20 and masters lvl 21+. Everyone hostile all other combatants and set knockout on. On go the battle starts. No wepons, no magic, no stealth, no potions, everyone rests before combat to remove buffs.

Lore competition: Each round is started by a question. After question everyone rolls lore roll, and those passing the chosen DC will be pmmed the answer. Feel free to add details to the answer to make things more interresting. This will all be made up lore, so no need to prepare ooc. Preparation are possible to be made IC, since some the lore is already on certain toons. After a moment of considerations judge will hammer the table and each participant calls out his/her answer. Wrong answers will result in drinking a mug of spirits, with a fort dc of 25 +5 for each previously failed attempt. Failure means -5 to future lorerolls.... passing out, puking etc is after 3 failed rolls (or before if one wants).
