Shadowdale Mines entrance (Graphic)

The moon peeks in the cool night. Few clouds cover the light from the stars, making this night dark. A few wolves howling, crickets chirping, wind swaying in the grass.

Those travelling north of shadowdale near the old mines would stumble across a gruesome sight, rope and the web of a spider would be strung up over the entrance in an intricate web design. The words "Lolth tlu malla" would be spelled and weaved in the intricate design of the web. The catch of the night would be a halfling, strung and held up by the rope, stripped nude with spiders carved into her flesh. Below the halfling girl a man would lay, stripped with his sides cut open, spiders also carved into his skin.

The pair would have had their blood drained, their bodies incredibly cold after being exposed to the chilled air of the night for hours.

((assuming the nearby NPC's wouldnt have noticed this happening..))


On seeing these displays, Noya runs to the bodies of her slain kin and calls for the nearby guards at the camp to help her drag the bodies back to Shadowdale where she would attempt a Raise by her own hand in the name of Yondulaahi (Yondalla), the Nurturing matriarch of the Halflings. She who is the One who created all the Halflings.

At the location a note has been left to they who have been guilty of this act.
