Zephyr, now half owner of the Royal Oak, has full rights to
hiring, firing, giving permissions to enter, banning people from the inn, etc.
Zephyr's decisions and word is to be adhered to the same as our own.
Thomas and I will be upstairs if needed, but are taking a long needed partial
retirement from our duties to raise our sun Daniel.
