To the Coronal of Myth Drannor:

I wish I could say this is a pleasure writing you this letter but with my deepest regrets I must say that I am deeply saddened. As of a few days ago I was ejected from the city for the suspicion of a pact that I may have made with a demon or devil. I wish to say that this is simply not the case and that your guards have taken up a false pretense against me. I am the son of a human and a celestial, namely my father was a solar. My pact is neither fey nor is it devil or demon. I have been given my powers by the celestials through my father that commands me and works through me towards good ends.

I must admit I was quite offended by these accusations and my ejection from your beautiful city, though I suppose I understand their caution it was misplaced even though it had been explained to them. My indignant disposition of this matter led me to try to sneak in to the city, instead I was met with brutal force by Kayna a recruit guard and found myself waking up near the boatman in Cormanthor. I took up no volatile action against your guard even as she beat me to the brink of death.

Due to this uncivil behavior, I am writing you this letter to seek out your protection and allowance to enter the city. I would not trouble you in such matters but I know that your Keeper is currently indisposed and I am not able to reach higher ranking officials at this time.

I thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

My deepest regards,

Sielyr Alik

To Sielyr Alik

We have heard something of this incident.

If Our Ahk 'Velahr have forbidden you to enter the city, that must be abided by. Attempting to sneak in is forbidden and shows no respect.

We have looked into the beating and Our Ahk'Velahr reports that not only did you sneak back in when expressely forbidden but then you refused to leave, more than once. In these circumstances, an unweoponed physical removal appears the only option. It is the last resort but where requests to leave are ingnored We see no other choice, except imprisonment.

The order banning you stands for now. When We have an active keeper again you may approach them and explain exactly where your powers come from. Until then We will not overrule the Keeper's decision.

However We hope you will understand that Our laws must be observed. If you attempt to enter City again while forbidden We will leave standing orders that you may not come in again for at lest two years.

Signed

Ilsevele Miriatar

*after receiving the letter from the Coronal Sielyr frowns looking at it with a slight disbelief*

Since when does the Keeper's judgement come above the Coronal's? *he mutters* Perhaps it wasn't explained well enough...the Keeper never made a judgement against me. And I only wished to talk to the recruit while she only seemed to wish for violence.

It seems that rumors of the elves inhospitality may be well founded. *sighs*

I have to convince them of the truth...

*he looks towards the city from afar and shakes his head slightly and walks off*

After hearing all sides of the story and the resulting conflict you will now be allowed in Myth Drannor again. Please make sure such a conflict doesnt arise again.
