Eclav

Eclav Zau'Afin - The archtype and the character concept as a whole fit. An old hag of priestess, incredibly wise, fiercely loyal to Lolth, a dry hacking cough (which is really more of a ruse to fool others into thinking she is weak). The PC also actively sought to craft something like this in game. Fit's the community story line, fit's the requirements, and I can think of no other PC to get such an honor besides maybe Shyntra. Problem with Shyntra is, Ginthrae for one will immediately begin looking for ways to overthrow/assassinate her.

Not that she would not do the same with Eclav, but she would not do so in such a rush.

Also Shyntra did kind of ICly die as in a yochol ate her corpse afterwards. Would be somewhat wierd for her to turn back up. I never met eclav but i've heard good things about her

I'll inquire about Eclav. Who was her Player? Would they be willing to give up creative rights to this archetype? Did this character die, go into hiding, exile?

Since she has the surname of Zau'Afin how would Dabel'kith Players feel (I would not have her keep the surname)?

I believe the player left when Eloril was banned, think they were related. I personally don't have a problem with Eclav

Pinto911. They basically stopped playing. Think it's been like a year or so since they left. Think it was rped that she went off on a journey. I think Pinto911 would be honored, may still respond to PMs.....

In my opinion it would be better to get that person's approval, and if not then use a different name for the figure.

Respect should be given to the rights of that person to the name at all costs.

If I were on holiday for a few weeks without access to internet, and come back to check I have unread PM's and one of my characters having been used without consent, it could be hurtful.

Not being a kill joy or anything, just my opinion on that.

I agree Nlyh. Which is why I am trying to contact this person via email, who has not log into forum since August of Last year.

Disregard Eclav, will not be able to use this character IG or elsewhere. Any further suggestions?

Llilith loved and held the utmost respect for Eclav. She was Lliliths role model.

My vote goes for Mae'Groth Aa'larth

I feel that her mixture of logic and knowledge will best suit the camp.
