A group of Purple Dragon Knights are seen passing through the outskirts of Myth Drannor in the company of Ironhouse dwarves. Word spreads that together they had decimated a large group of Zhents on the way to the Clan Halls where they were welcomed warmly by the Thane Fohgar.

Evan travels to the halls seeking an audience with the thane.
He tries to get in touch with the purple dragons since he is from Cormyr and both his father and brother are purple dragons.
