The Stanzas of Law of Myth Drannor

Sentencing
A: Death, Exile and Declaration of the Hunt or any combination thereof
B: Exile with Prejudice, 15-30 days confinement, 10,000gp-25,000gp in fines, community service or any combination thereof
C: 5-15 days confinement, up to 10,000gp in fines, community service or any combination thereof

D: 1-3 day confinement, up to 5,000gp in fines or any combination thereof
E: 1-2 days confinement, up to 2,500gp in fines or any combination thereof
F: Fine up to 1,000gp, community service, public censure or any combination thereof

all fines will go to the Myth Drannor Refuge Fund in full extend.

Should the convicted refuse to pay his fine or be unable to, he will have to leave the city until he is able to, or remain in prison until his fine is paid by a third party. The convicted will not be allowed to enter the city until his fine is collected (//by DM or Akh´Velahr player. In case of DM collected fines, a post is needed in the Myth Drannor Refugee fund thread, so there wont be any confusion for both sides).

Adjudication Authorities
Coronal reserves sovereign right to rule on all matters personally if she sees fit
A: Royal Council
B: Royal Council
C: Royal Council

D: Akh’velahr
E: Akh’velahr
F: Akh’velahr

Council hearings:
When a charge is raised, the defendant will be informed by the council that his case is discussed by the council. The defendant has then two days to request a hearing before the council. If he doesnt request his hearing within this time, the right will be forfeit unless a Councillor requests a hearing of the defendant.

In case of sentencing someone in his absence, the convicted can request a hearing before the council within two days of the sentence being spoken (for sentences in the Council adjucation only). The sentence will stay in effect until the Council has heard the convicted. A convicted who has had his hearing before the final sentencing, cannot request another hearing after the sentence is spoken.

Should the Coronal give her veto or speak a sentence herself, there will only be a hearing if the Coronal wishes to hear the convicted. As chosen ruler of the Seldarine, her word is law and she stays above the Council

The Hunt.

The hunt, a dark thought in Most Elves minds, when an Enemy of the Elves is declared on the hunt.
Some Creatures are always on the Hunt. Most are monster and evil. Though at times the hunt can be called into question, this is extremely rare, the Hunt falls unto its own laws when the Hunt is on.

1 Kill swiftly the hunt is to keep the people safe not to cause pain.
2 Give honor to the dead. Bury the bodies or burn the bodies of those hunted
3 Give quarter when needed. The hunt is to bring peace not to satisfy blood lust.
4 Kill only the Hunted. Do not kill casual bystanders.

The Hunt is on for some creatures all the time.

Aberration of all kinds
Demons
Devils
Drow
Duegar
Goblinoids of all Kinds
Undead With the exemption of our Honored Dead
Vermin
Unatural creatures

Closing Stanza of the Song of the People:

As I would think, so shall ye;
As I would feel, so shall ye;
As I would do, so shall ye;
As I would not harm, nor shall ye;
As I would, so shall the clan;
As the clan would, so shall I;
As we would, so shall ye.
The People are as one,
and never shall I stray from this, nor shall ye,
for to digress is to diminish you and your People.
