Mark is gone from his Cage... apparently the one know as Godslayer with a large group of Ilythiiri following the one called the Godslayer took him out of the city...

Also the shriveled up lifeless body of Mer the deep gnome is left at the temple steps, all the life force apparently sucked out of her body.

The Judicator would remain brooding around the Yath and the Altar of Lolth. He could be seen on occasion leaving the Altar bloody, as if the blood was expunged from his very pores.

If asked about the Rothe called 'Mark' he would say very little, repeating the same phrase of 'What you want doesn't always coincide with what you need or what Szith-Morcane needs. "

The Male still seems to be waiting for something, often seen speaking with the Yath'rin Mataya Zau'Afin or the Quel'saruk Zau'Afin, Naralad along with the Dabel'kith Quel'saruk Jarxan.

With the males history, if anyone were curious enough to approach the male and to ask about Selvetarm, he would gladly preach The Champions Dogma and share the enlightenment of serving as a conduit for Lolths Consort.

Of course... what he was waiting for, remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, those that frequent L'Tagnikzur Mirl might pick up on gossip by Sei'na, that a shebali female who came by the tavern some days ago displayed some pretty erratic behaviour. She was agressive and vomited on the floor several times, but she apparently was not drunk - something more peculiar was at work. The guests, some of them recognizing the jalil, offered her some help. Ungrateful, she shook her fist and threatened the visitors, then she staggered away...

*A Yath'abban lets them lead the minotaur into the cage and locks it. When taking the letter to Neer'yl, she yath'abban simply says "I will give this to her if...when she comes back. Lolth kyorl ilta". Then smiles wickedly*

The Judicator, of course would be present for the happenings with the Darkness that resided inside the Maze. Of course he wouldn't express his thoughts on when the group went on without him.

As the group experiments on the Minotaur, he would offer tidbits of information to the newer faces, the lingering feeling that he never seemed to explain the entire story always behind his words.

Shadow Key Experiment 001

Spiral finally having a cycle to herself, would set out towards the Mushroom Forest, her final destination the unstable portal in the old ruins. She had considered gathering others with her for this, but at this stage of her tests such would prove rather pointless.

The Portal:

Once before the Portal Spiral would reach down the front of her top in between the two small bumps that were mockingly meant to be her bosom and pull free a Key made of sold shadow.

The Key:

Holding up what was slowly becoming a fond keepsake, Spiral would hold aloft the key before the Portal before using it as a focus for an attempt of establishing a partial connection to which ever portal or whatever Plane the key might be linked to. taking her take and calling upon all of her Mastery of the Arcane, Spiral would slowly, oh so slowly start to try open a tiny gap, just big enough for her to peek into and try and guess just where this key might lead herself and those who she would be bringing with her when it came for an adventure, for now though.... she was merely gathering information...

Kymilinear would note the posting on the board as she enters the Sorcere to study the archives. Reading the message she sneers contemptuously.

Dos took a rivvil sacrifice out of Arach-Tinilith. Put it back or find another one or dos will take its place. Dos have eight cycles. If dos ever remove something from the Yath's custody again dos will be given to Lolth.

Dear Unknown,

I did not remove the Rivvil from Arach-Tinilith.

It was being chided and taunted by the younger children of Szith-Morcane out in the street, who were vaguely playing with your property while causing it damage.

If you have not discovered the reason for why I took your Property, it was due to the fact that I encountered a seven man Darthiiri Raiding Party in the tunnels underneath the Dead Pits. It is obvious that these individuals came searching for the Rivvil.

It humbles me to think that you would desire Illithiri Deaths over a single Rivvil, as the raiding group would have lurked for many cycles below. Either killing or kidnapping Lolths Children in the process.

Without a Yath present, as they seem to be a jewel among the rough these cycles, I took it upon myself, without knowing or without having been told that this Rivvil, who was having fist sized holes punched into it by a particular quirky Faern for no reason but a lack of knowledge in discipline, was yours.

Your property will be replaced. Yet I will continue to weigh out Illithiri Lives over that of some pale-skinned loud mouthed Rivvil.

However, I suppose next time the children pluck up the wrong Kivvil and bring down the hammer upon themselves. I'll just let them all die, it wasn't my problem anyways but I offered a solution.

We can work together or we can just have Refugee Camp Two, Larger Refugee Camp.

Within the next Cycle. The Judicator would have personally traversed down to the Illithid Halls far below the Dead Pits to effortlessly cut a swath through the Mindflayers minions. Bathed in blood of both the mentally broken and Faezress Cursed Illithiri along with Illithids a-like, he would haul back to Szith-Morcane; through the Undead infested Tunnels to the mucky sewage Dead Pits and across the battled tunnels; a chain-gang of Darthiiri and Rivvils that were captured by the Illithids.

This group of slaves would be personally delivered to Arach-Tinilith. He would not state where he got them from. He would not want a reward. He would make sure they were view-worthy and in a proper state for examination.

He would not stop to answer questions from anyone who was not a Yath.

(( 22 Strength Base. Any Slave that attempts to escape, he dislocates their arms. If they collapse, he makes the others drag their weight. If the entire group somehow revolts. He makes an example of one, breaking their arms and legs. If this does not work. He tosses a dagger between two slaves and makes them choose who lives and who dies. If this, for some reason doesn't work. He Dislocates all of their arms, and then slowly tortures one of them with a searing blade in front of the others until they release their bowels out of pain. Of course the tortured subject would have a regeneration spell on them.

If they all lay down, sobbing and wishing to die. He conjures an Elder Earth Elemental, which effortlessly carries, drags or pulls the chain-gang.

He would, in the end. See them all back. Even if he had to lose one in the process or carry them himself. Kicking and Screaming.))

With a damn smug look when he did so too.

The faern Ryltar is recruited by Errdegahr, along with Nhileari, to collect azer hearts to offer as sacrifice to the spider queen. Despite heavy resistance from the azers, including the intercession of fire giants and strange bat-like creatures made of living flame, they return successfully from their mission and offer sacrifice in the altar to Lolth in Szith-Morcaine.

Spoiler:

Ryltar suffered severe wounds in the course of the adventure, and his confidence has been badly shaken.

*Uspirs apprentice Elvlyn wonders where his master has gone and silently grumbles as he needs Uspirs aid in testing out some new spells, meeting Errdegahr in Szith he instead joins her in an onslaught on the Kua-Toa to appease the spiderqueen and attempts to hook his newly assigned apprentice up with Errdegahr after which the apprentice quickly excuses himself and slowly creeps away - not unlike what Elvlyn did back when Uspir tried hooking him up with the woman.*

*With the sacrificial ceremony done and the spidergoddess appeased for now Elvlyn brings his apprentice to the sorcere for his next lesson, as the apprentice appears to be a little hard of hearing at the end of the lesson Elvlyn demonstrates a new spell to him in Uspirs way - making the apprentice the target of the spell so he can feel the effects on his own body first and learn to pay attention, Elvlyn then dismisses his apprentice and begins to study some scrolls on generel lore.*

Chagrin didn't particularly appreciate Elvlyn baiting the interest of the manic, bloodletting Errdeghr - she being in the market for someone of sufficiently low status to contribute to her 'artwork' and Chagrin having a vested interest in keeping his blood. Hell, he disliked his robes getting dirty.

At first, it seemed an insult. An unsubtle attempt to pass off an unwanted apprentice to someone he would not last long under. The conversation following got awkward. He asked about her. Then it became clearer. It seemed less an interest in his personal life and more a means to increase social standing. Win-win.

Being of sufficiently low status, the thought had never been humored. Though now that the thought had been planted, it became a distracting little caveat to his focus. Almost too distracting.

Chagrin didn't particularly appreciate that either.

During the past couple tendays there's been a slight increase in the duergar presence around the old drow camp. A few of them seems to have been investigating the camp itself and the nearby tunnels. Talks of strengthening the defenses, possible structures to build and inquiry of rallying duergars to the camp may have been overheard for those passing by.
