06:00 wake up, bath, clean cell, wash prisoner outfit.
07:00 sweep and dust the hallway and the stairs of the Arcane Tower.
09:00 Breakfast consisting of oats, milk, pinch of salt and hoc of bread and water.
09:15 Polishing the doors, banisters and desks of the Arcane Tower
12:00 30 minuet brake which includes lunch, consisting of, meat, potatos, stew, bread, drink of water.
12:30 half an hour of exercise
13:00 sweep, dust, clean the crafting tower.
16:00 return to cell, permitted to read a book.
20:00 sleep.

*Heidi still visits Ahri every other day when time permits, and brings her various juices to try at lunch time. She talks to her and listens to anything she has to say in turn.*
