Dannyl is informed the Thane is with in the Halls working on a special project. He would be invited to wait for him in the tavern until Valtore could step away. Which would take an hour or or so before Valtore (dirty from the forge) arrives to have a drink with his friend.

Bryanna turns up eventually, watching Storm work intently without saying a word.

As Valtore arrives, Dannyl's face splits into a rare, genuine grin.

"Gettin' your hands dirty? I thought you were the boss now..."

He offers the Thane a flourishing, practiced bow, grin still on his face.

"I don't believe I've had the chance to congratulate you, yet, Thane. I've been away. But the honour couldn't have fallen on a better dwarf."

He glances around the tavern, noting the presence of other patrons.

"I had a few things to discuss with you, but they can wait. For now, I wanted to ask if I could be of any assistance here."

He gestures out towards the building site.

"I'm not much of a builder, but I noticed you were training some folks in unarmed combat. I guess I'm not a monk either, but I've learned a thing or two about fighting with these."

He holds up his long, bony hands.

"I could probably help with the training; teach 'em a couple tricks... For a small fee of course."

He gives Valtore a small, wry smile.

"Oh Me? No... I don't need anything... say that looks rather heavy.. can you pick it up over your head?"

*She simply smiles at him sweetly* Show me? I bet I couldn't.

"Maybe I just find it nostalgic to watch you work?"

Valtore returns to the forges after his short break and nods to Bryanna. He then begins to work on the armor plating going onto the golems his hammer ringing loudly as he works the hard Iron into shape. His mind seems focused sololy on the task at hand.

Any visitors in the halls would notice Valtore and Storm carrying parts of an unassembled iron golem towards Silia's work room. They have spent the last week forging it for her to work on. Now that it is finished they will assemble it behind closed doors so she can begin to work on it.

After the recent attack of undead on Rimwood as long expected by the Thane. Valtore doubles the efforts of the dwarven workers in Rimwood to complete the Walls. As Captain Celovar is still on leave to Myth Drannor for family matters the Thane orders the dwarven guards to begin to carry holy water and watch for more attacks especially at night. He also warns them of giant bats.

The girl, known mostly by Spirit, begins to stand guard outside a night, holding a simple lantern in her left hand. she patrols the edges of Rimwood, never to far from Dwarven keep that they can't see the light from her lantern, but also at a good enough distance that she could provide a decent warning if enemies approached.

As more Companies of elven Soldiers arrive they set up their positions around the fortified docks.. raising tents and campsites.

Bryanna notes this and goes to find Thane Valtore and seek his thoughts on the matter.

Silphie would watch curiously from the Ironhall rooftop, staying well out of the way.

As soon as the movement of troops cease Nadin ask for the nykeryns to join him and speak to the Akh'Velahr.

*the elf rises his arm with his perfect crystal sword of ancient design poiting to the skies and after this he turns to te nykeryns*

- Nykeryns, we start our march immediately, against us we have time. First we need make great use of the light of the day as our enemy is more vulnerable, and second we have no time to waste to help our brothers in arms. So, let us move at once.

The Thane of the Clan walks the walls looking over the progress. The walls are likely well on their way to completion. The fill has been soaked with holy water (and the workers like drunk as skunks at the time) he hopes that will help against some undead. He looks around for Storm and others to see how they are doing.
