Rimwood buildingsite

Silphie would look around curiously at the sound of a bell, spotting Blue she'd stare at him awkwardly for a moment before smiling broadly.

"Blue! I haven't seen you in forever!" she stepped in to give him a big hug, asking "did you just hear a bell?"

he would hug her back.. a bell you say hmm cant say as i did.. as her hugs her he taps the bell in his sleeve again..

how you been? he grins.. i have been busy myself..

She'd look around curiously after releasing him from the hug, hearing the sound of that bell again. " I heard it again.." pausing a moment to think before she continued. "I've been well...I'm living here now"

he would grin with his arms behind his back he would ring the bell again..

that is good you are living here now.. it is a good place i think for you and it gives you a place to view elves and how some may act and others act differently.. it also give you other elves to speak to as well and maybe learn things for your self that you may not know or may not be clear on..

and it is close enough i can visit now and then when i aint quite so busy myself..

he would grin again as he rings the bell behind his back again... obviously teasing her with the bell..

Silphie scrunched her nose - staring at him now, suspicious.
"You know... before you got here there wasn't any bells ringing."
She'd take a big step forwards - trying to peek behind his back.

*he would grin as the bell is in his sleeve hidden from sight* bell what bell? *he smiles* i havent heard a bell.. *he starts to fight back a laugh*

ok ok i did hear a bell but i thought it was you.. *he grins trying to misdirect her* you sure you dont have a bell hidden some where?

anyways its good to see you my friend.. and to see you doing well..

i will be laving as soon as i get a vial of that dragon blood and scale.. i have so much to do still always researching..

i will come by now and then to see every one as i find the time to do so..

just thought id stop in and see how you was doing.. *he grins and rings the bell again*

Thane Valtore walks into the Library with a small box looking for Blue. "Ah, good I see ye found Silphie. She be tha Caretaker of tha Library and tha Vaults below now. So if ye want ta work on tha portal ye will need ta speak ta her." Val looks about thinking he heard a bell..

*blue would look about as well* you hearing things to.. ah thank ye thane valtore i will put this in my collection in my vault... *he grins* after i check it out of course *he smirks* as for the portal it will be some time i think  and i dont quite remember what i had planed for it at this time.. *he would chuckle at that* part of the reason i make lists now also..when i have the chance we can talk more on it see if it refreshes my memory and then we can work on it.. i still have much research to get done before i can focus on things i want to do or learn just because i want to..

such is the times we live in now after all.. once im done with whats on my plate now i will stop and research the things i want to again and further our knowledge or find old knowledge once again.. next time i will try to remember the golem blue prints for you..

*he smiles at them both and begins to walk twords the door he looks back briefly and waves with his other hand that has the bell in the sleeve ringing the bell as he does.. laughing along the way*

seems there is a bell somewhere i hear it too now ... *laughs*

i will see you again my friends sooner rather than later hopefully.. *as he walks twords the door he checks the item valtore handed him for tricks or booby traps looking to see if he tries to get him back for the prank last time*

"Lord Blue..we have tha Plans..infact Silia is workin on 'em. If ye...*mumbles*. If ye think of it could ye send yur portal notes ta Silphie here?"

aye i could but it will take a while.. ill have to write them down.. besides wheres the portal going?

ohh right sorry my mind is focused on research right now.. well you know access will be limited also.. we can discuss this later though.. i will get it all written down and send it to you..

Valtore returns to the Halls from a trip to Myth Drannor in a rather fowl mood. He grabs the remodel plans and then goes looking for Byranna, Celovar, and Laurent.

Bryanna is rather quickly found, likely in the middle of some manner of silliness.

"Is something wrong Thane?"

A look of obvious annoyance quickly passes his face as he sees her fooling around. "Follow me Lass we need ta find Celovar and Laurent. Plans need ta be made Lass." He turns and stocks off towards Celovar's office and tells a guard to find Laurent.

She follows obediently, letting her project fall to pieces without hesitation.

A a few days after the Thane and others are seen walking around Rimwood for a number of hours with a map of the area dwarves are seen stacking a number of piles of stone around the keep. Likely another building project is in the works.

*Storm hears about the building that is being planned and walks up to Thane Valtore when he isn't busy with something.*

"Thane, I'd like to offer me help with the building. I can carry large amounts and I have interest in learning how to build as well. Think ye get a place fer me to help out?"

From a distance camouflaged by trees, and occasionally nearer to the site, a woman in assorted green drapings keeps an eye on the construction from time to time, especially when they begin stacking up the piles of stone.

Valtor looks Storm up and down the slaps him on the back "Aye Lad we can use all that help offered. there be towers and walls as well as bridges ta build. just go out there and offer ye help ta that work force." He chuckles "Likely they will have ye diggin down ta that bedrock fur that base before ye say three words" He then users him out the door towards the working dwarves.

*Far later in the night now, Storm stops digging and wipes his brow with a washcloth as he looks over at the other diggers.*

"Oi lads I'm gonna go get me rest fer tommorrow! I'll bring back a few ales before I head off to sleep!"

*He then heads into the keep and buys enough ale for those working outside and sets it on a table that is stationed near them.*

Don't work too hard! *He gathers up his shirt and waves at them departing into the keep to sleep.*
