As you may or may not know I am engaged with Sariah Kennesen and we wish to hold our wedding ceremony soon. However, the drow have threatened to capture and probably kill my beloved and since she is not allowed within myth drannor its self I ask that we be allowed to use edgewood for the ceremony. I also ask that if any are available defenders be sent to help defend the ceremony to help protect us and the guests from drow attack. My beloved is pregnant as well and losing her would be a horrible loss of life. I know the defenders are at war but I hope you have it in your heart to allow for this ceremony of love to happen safely.

I tried to question him to determine his purpose for being on the surface but he kept threatening to attack me.

I checked the body but could not find any clues as to his reason for being on the surface but he was carrying a large amount of gems.

I would guess he was trying to trade with either the zhents or the Vhearunites.

I would suggest that you instruct your patrols to be on the lookout for hostile duergar.

To whom it may concern,

I will start with saying I am not keen on the customs of elven societies so I'm not sure who this letter should be directed to other than the defenders. I wish to meet with one of the leaders of this town to discuss being allowed to legally operate a mercenary company in the region of Cormathor. I am the Company Commander of the Black Hound Mercenary Company, I can be contacted either at the local inn in Myth or at the Royal Oak in Rimwood.

A nicely penned letter would be sent to the Ahk'Velahr for whomever could get to it first.

"Today I witnessed a strange sight, a member of your guard going by the name Ardylan (among several others who will be mentioned below) aiding and defending a known devil pact warlock who had turned up on the road being hunted down by the Zhentarim of Shadowdale. I know of the situation between your two groups, and I know you wouldn't wish to further each others goals, but I would be shocked if this was accepted behavior of it's members.

The pact mage was called Grimm, he had red hair, a leather jacket, with fair skin. The others who came to his aide were the man Ivaris, and the drow who resides in the oak. Another who didn't help, nor hinder but brought his situation to everyone's attention was another man named Kalin.

i like to report a rather unpleasent incident with a female orc named Edrah. She entered the city without permission, claiming she just escaped from the underdark...
I escorted her out..or better i tried to..as she told me she is in the possession of some books..those Gilraen always asks for. I ordered her to hand the books over even payed her out..as she started to blackmail me..saying she wont give them back till i pay more.
Of course i refused...she then started to threat me..said she will haunt me and all..to avoid a escalation of this ,which was obviously only a matter of time, i arrested her and tossed her into the jail. Edrath however kept threatening me.
I leave it to your wisdom to decide, what will happen with the orc.

Sir Karovir, I'm reporting that recently I had word from a man named Davos Lionheart, about rumours of rebellion in Shadowdale against the opression of the zhents. An elf called Sparrow, that was in his company, said something about pappers scattered across Shadowdale. Sparrow identified Sir Davos Lionheart as the leader of Deepwater. Both said to be Deepwater man and make part of a small group of so-called 'mercenaries'.
I didnt confirm their information, but the two had acted in a thrustworth way in the occasion, as we hunted in that day and they proved to act well enough. The two said as well that wished to share words with someone in charge of the city of songs, as they wished lift their blades in Myth Drannor defense. I siad to them look for you or lady Auryne.

Report from the guard,

Sir Karovir, I'm reporting that recently after leave the boat and walking the border of the river, in the same direction of the beast tower, I saw dozens of drow bodies over the ground, and while briefly inspecting the scene I found the group that did us this favor. There was no one I knew, and at least one of them seemed to have orc blood, mostly were apparently human. I thought the risk didn't value gather more information, just when one of them alerted me that the area was still dangerous, I thanked him and made my way back to the City of Songs.
